Packing nightmare, took with a box to give. But it came in a package, the blister is broken in trash, one ear does not have a dog, apparently lost before packaging. The box was also in the package, in disassembled condition, and of course it crumpled. I do not recommend the seller!

A scam! I get the box partly folded so that I mount it and the plastic inside where the doll comes it comes in bad condition, like I 've been squeezing, When I open it the doll comes with a broken head and after contacting the seller tells us to hit it with glue and don't replace it, A scoundrel in every rule. Don't buy this salesman please because it's the worst thing I 've ever found. And for the record, I put a star on it because I can't put a zero on it because as a salesman it leaves a lot of what to wish for. Con man!

Very good product, even though I know it's not seller's fault; but I recommend a better one to send your product with better protection, I arrive complete, the plastic arrived mistreated by the journey, but I arrived.
