This buyer doesn't ship what is pictured. I received a punch that doesn't cut through one layer of fabric. More than half the grommets sent were bent out of shape & unusable. I ordered grommets elsewhere and this grommet tool does not work on sewing standard grommets. Both tools are useless. I filed a dispute and was not advised when a decision was made. I only knew when I received email from Paypal that I received a partial refund. Aliexpress offered a second opinion to return the items & seller would pay shipping. I wanted that but there was no place to select it. I got online with customer service who misunderstood what I wanted (language barrier). I received an email from Aliexpress saying I was not entitled to a full refund as the goods still had some value. I wasn't asking for a full refund and to keep the items. I've sent lots of emails but have not heard back from Aliexpress. There is no customer protection here. I have useless tools and I'm out over $35 U.S.

Functional, but different product photos during shopping… AliExpress has solved my dispute in a few days with a refund partial. Darei 5 stars to AliExpress for seriousness in resolving the dispute.
