I can't talk about the product that I have not received but I can say that don't have done nothing to try let me have. I have written several times doing that the product does not I had been delivered and that to me risultava sent back all'hub of Bologna, I sent them also the shipment tracking, but responded to wait 90 days to make claim. In the end after over 100 days from order I find it without the product, that I needed urgently for adjusting a computer. Also, I don't was refunded the full amount spent as they have not refunded the postage. Awful experience
