It's about a tinted vinyl, the colors don't look as saturated as those in propaganda photographs, even some stretches seem weaned. It's not adhesive or it can stick to the glass by applying plenty of water but does not have a glue that holds it firmly, the latter is not an inconvenience unless it is placed in very busy places or with kids where they can be touching it and it gets detached by friction. What I said, some more color saturation is missing, but considering it's not a plastic. Painted and translucent also could not be required more to the material. Painted glass without more beautiful but much more expensive. Xd
