The order received was not the right one, they sent the scissors that were not. The return was requested, but the shipping cost is higher than the cost of the product. They never accepted another solution. Right now I have a product that doesn't help me, and the payment to the seller is processed. I thought it was a serious and responsible company, but it leaves a lot to be desired. The seller never responded about the product or shipping, only ALIEXPRESS was in contact, but it was also not possible with them to return the product or refund the money.
